01 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the axbet platform and all services under it. By accessing the axbet website or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered members residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account at axbet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register with your full name, mobile number, and accurate information.
• Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account under a third party's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

axbet reserves the right to approve or reject any registration application, even without stating a reason.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

axbet is a responsible platform. Verifying the age and identity of every user is one of our primary responsibilities. After registration, or at any time, axbet may ask you to submit the following documents as proof of identity:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Mobile banking account confirmation (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
• A selfie of the user or any other verification document

axbet reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal process until identity verification is complete.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

axbet currently supports transactions through three mobile banking methods only: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Using a third party's account is strictly prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.

Deposited funds are added to the account after processing. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team immediately.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

axbet offers a welcome bonus for new members. Please read the following conditions carefully before using this bonus:

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳18,000 or more and get the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, total balance ৳26,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times, applicable on the bonus amount only.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn only after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
• Bonus balance can only be used for betting within the axbet platform.
• The bonus does not apply to multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or household.

General terms for all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• axbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Cashback and VIP rewards have their own validity periods and terms, which apply separately.

06 Betting, Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting activities on the axbet platform are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The outcome of every game is completely random and there are no predetermined results.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, axbet reserves the right to reassess that bet.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots, or gaining unfair advantage through software is strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, axbet may temporarily suspend that account for investigation.
• For sports betting, the odds set by axbet are final; axbet reserves the right to cancel bets placed on erroneous odds.

07 Account Suspension, Closure & Cancellation

axbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information at the time of registration.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Identified as an underage user.
• Detection of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

In the event of account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with applicable rules. However, in cases of Terms violations, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

08 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

axbet always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, axbet's liability is limited in the following matters:

• If any issue arises in a game or bet due to internet disruption, power failure, or device malfunction.
• For issues arising from the server or software of a third-party game provider.
• For losses caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect submission of information.
• Unexpected technical errors that are beyond axbet's control.

axbet does not guarantee certain winnings from betting or gaming. The risk of financial loss exists in all gaming activities and users must accept that risk knowingly.

09 Privacy, Data Protection & Security

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• All data is protected by SSL encryption technology.
• Information may be used for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

11 Changes to Terms & Effectiveness

• If any term is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
• The Bengali version of these Terms is final and takes precedence over any version in any other language.
